Has anyone experienced selling the idea of getting the glass cleaned for a commercial building to a building manager, getting a count of all the glass and dividing it by store front. Then finally generating a quote with the amounts of glass per storefront and ready to begin the initial cleanup to find out after you done all that work the property manager got the information I used and called a competitor to provide a cheaper quote and gave it to them on a silver platter. No one even considered window cleaning till I asked each individual storefront and got then on the idea of a monthly service. Talk about being used...
